Morning People and Night People
Sleep habits of people are different, but we would roughly separate them into Morning people and Night people. In these two parts, morning people usually go to bed early, but night people would like to stay up late. For morning people, they usually take around eight hours for sleep. However, it is very different from the night people who sleep only five or six hours. People who go to bed early usually feel tired at night unlike people who usually stay up late feel having energy and think it is time to do something. On the other hand, morning people are ready to face a day in the morning. In contrast, night people always sleep in the morning if it is possible. So that, it seems when morning would like to go to bed and take a rise, yet night people just feel better to do something at the same time. As all of things mentioned above, these two parts of people have different habits with each other, although they might have same customs sometimes.
