Cooperative Reading Strategy Instruction - 1/2

It is really helpful for us to have a reading class last semester and this semester. In reading class, teacher separates the content of one chapter to many parts, and asks groups to translate it.

At beginning, it was hard for us to understand contends of the textbook because of the grammar problems, the sentence structure understanding, and one word having many kinds of meanings. Therefore, the members of our group had caught the main ideas of a paragraph differently. So that, every one started to compare the translations and discuss why we had different translation on it. After sharing the thought of everyone, the result came out, and the members understood why we translated it differently. So we amended the translation of the paragraph of our group. However, there were still some sentences and structure we did not understand after the discussion.
