How I Get Lost Weight

I always want to control my weight because I am very easy to eat too much snacks or eat more on cold days. At beginning, I did some exercise for losing weight, but two months later I realize it is not useful for me. So I started to eat less, especially in the dinner. Two weeks late, I really lost some weight, but it was no more weight I lost after it. Due to this bottleneck, I tried both to eat less and to do exercise. Then I lost much weight and get successful. After that I realize that if I want to lost weight, I have to do more exercise and eat less.
