Phone Etiquette

In this modem generation, most of people have at lease one cell phone. Cell phone is a popular communication device for us to contact to people. There is a characteristic of mobile phone which is the number usually used by a person only. Because of this reason, sometimes we make a phone call to some one that we might think of the person exactly know who is calling, and we ensure that the person who is answering is the one we want to call. So that, we forget to tell who is calling the phone and confirm the person who is answer.
