Interview is a step that people will face when they want to find a job, and this step is a little bit difficult for many people. 66% of people scare the interview, and around 1.6% would give up at that time. Although around 37% of them would try to across the problems of interview, they need to convince themselves before they decided to do it. While people nervous on the interview, they could not easy to respond the questions, and they would blush and stammer. There are three most difficult questions for people to respond --- the first one is “please introduce yourself in 3-5 minutes”, the second is “please give me a reason why I should hire you”, the last one is “do you think you would be hired? And why?”. Thus, if we are going to a interview, we could prepare for these question first. It is helpful for us to get a job.
